Wipe a cotton pad soaked in the tonic lotion all over the face, neck and décolletage, removing any traces of cleanser, mask or scrub; repeat. Follow immediately with the next skin care product.
Ideal for starting out or ending the day, it can also beapplied also whenever you want to refresh or invigorate the skin.
