If all of the products in your shopping basket are marked as "Available for immediate despatch" then you should receive your order within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your order, if you live in Romania and between 3 and 20 working days if you are overseas as we show :

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days to despatch. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days"

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

If you require an exchange our returns center will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip with you return code.

Defective Items:
If the item is defective please contact Customer Services on 004075232305.
Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Marka Store will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
